|Milwaukee Bucks "Read to Achieve" Program - Monday, January 8, 2018|
On Tuesday January 2nd, the Milwaukee Bucks Library Reading Challenge begins for all Wisconsin children in grades one through eight. Get a challenge card from the library and begin reading. If you read at least 250 pages between January 2nd, 2018 and Monday February 5th, you will earn a free ticket to one of three Bucks games at the BMO Harris Bradley Center in Milwaukee. The game choices are: Sunday February 25th at 2 p.m. (Bucks vs. New Orleans Pelicans); Saturday March 17th at 5 p.m. (Bucks vs. Atlanta Hawks); and Tuesday April 3rd at 7 p.m. (Bucks vs. Boston Celtics). A child must be accompanied by a paid adult. There are 3 levels of seats. Information on the costs and locations is on the challenge card. There are special drawings for readers who read over 500 pages and attend one of the games, including the possibility of winning an autographed basketball. In consideration that many children may not be able to attend a game even though they qualify, we at the library have a separate drawing of Bucks items for all the children who turn in Reading Challenge forms. You can download all of the Bucks Reading Challenge forms on this site under the "Forms" tab.
